Learn To CONTROL Your MIND

Most of us don't realise how often our mind tries to control our lives. We get habitual of dominance of our mind over us. Today I am going to talk about how we can command mind just by some simple practices.
 Find why?


Before doing anything you must know the reasons to do that. It is studied that when you have strong determined reasons to do something there will be more chances to get success in that task. For example, a daily wage worker knows that he needs to wake up early daily to go to work otherwise his family won't get meal for the day and he will for sure get up early because he has an inevitable reason for that. So find your own reasons to control your mind.
 Avoid rumination

A person is compilation of his own thoughts. As you think you become. You find yourself dwelling about something which you in actual don't want to. This is called over thinking and there are several ways to abandon it.
  - Whenever you have a negative thought think about the solution of that and eventually you will be able to solve that. This lessens your worries and help you in avoiding stress.
- go for a walk getting out and about can get your mind off of your worries. It's simply because of the exercise itself or because you will be taking in new information (sights,smells,sounds) which can help your mind wander to other, less distressing things.
Believe in yourself 

You must keep faith in yourself that you can change the state of your mind. According to studies a strong belief system makes a person confident in doing something. So trust your potential and you will feel the change.
Meditation always helps

Meditation is a precise technique resting of mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is different from the normal walking state. It is means for fathoming all the levels of ourselves and finally experiencing the centre of consciousness within.
It helps in improving focus, mindfulness, training imagination and visualisation skills.
For the effects of meditation to be felt deeply, you need to practice it consistently.
Stop practicing procrastination

Your procrastinating might be the result of structure of your brain. You get habitual of postponing things and your mind gets slothful. To achieve your goals you need to prioritise your things and stop procrastinating.
