Scorching sun and scorching heat affect our body the most and there is a lack of water and moisture in the body, which is also known as dehydration. With the warming of the heat  children, elderly and already ill people need to be careful. Exposure to heat can cause many health problems including body cramps, tiredness and heat-stroke , in summer, sweating also comes out more than normal days and due to this, there is a lack of water in the body.

 In such a situation, if it is not taken care of in time, then due to dehydration, life can be threatened. In this case, instead of getting careless and falling ill, keep in mind some important things during the summer season and stay fit and healthy.

  • The best way to prevent water shortage is to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water throughout the day. Drink But drinking plain water can be quite boring at times. In such a situation, you can go to the option of buttermilk or butter milk. Buttermilk, along with proteins and vitamins, is rich in probiotics that keep the body hydrated.



  • An emerald prepared by boiling raw mangoes with black salt, sugar or jaggery and powdered cumin seeds is the best way to avoid heat stroke. It also removes the problem of lack of water in the body by eliminating the frequent thirst.


  • Vitamins C in the lemon is abundant. Also, lemon is helpful in removing toxins from the body. It is good to eat lemon with salad and fruits. If you want, you can also drink lemonade or lemon by adding lukewarm water.
